Individual Coaching
60-minute sessions are offered virtually (or in person if local) for individuals through Zoom or phone.
The average coaching engagement spans across 6 sessions: One 45-minute intake to establish expectations and goals for a coaching plan followed by five weekly, pre-scheduled 60-minute coaching sessions.
Mentor Coaching
For coaches pursuing an ACC or PCC credential or those who are renewing an ACC credential.

The phone consultation is required for all clients to ensure coaching is a fit for their needs. Self-agency and a desire for coaching is paramount, so this call is designed to confirm that prospective clients understand coaching and choose to engage in co-creating a partnership.
