How It Works
LIVE GROUP MENTOR COACHING
Participate in a minimum of five (1.5 hr. ea.) live group sessions over a period of three months (one session may be added as a bonus). Expect to coach and be coached, so come prepared with relevant coaching topics for each session. Receive personal guidance to develop your coaching skills and expand your toolset while earning 7.5 to 9 hours toward the 10 hours of required mentor coaching.
INDIVIDUAL MENTOR COACHING*
Schedule three hours of one-to-one mentorship and receive personalized feedback aligned to the relevant (ACC or PCC) ICF Core Competency Rubric. This will enhance your preparedness for the ICF Performance Evaluation.
*Mentees will be required to submit a recorded coaching session and its transcript (verbatim) to be discussed during at least two of the three one-to-one mentoring sessions. This recording must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled 1-to-1 mentor session.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
After completing live coaching demonstrations, engaging in coaching practice and skill building exercises, receiving written and verbal feedback, and debriefing recorded coaching sessions, you will earn your Certificate of Completion, reflecting up to 12 hours of Mentor Coaching.
Congratulations!

This program is beneficial for those coaches looking to secure an ICF credential, reflecting a deep commitment to clients and respect for the coaching profession.
If you are willing to reach beyond what you currently feel is possible, mentor coaching will support you in broadening your creative process. This often includes challenging yourself to achieve a more meaningful coaching practice by uncovering your blind spots and amplifying your strengths. My delivery may also include a little bit of humor and a dash of whimsy.
If that sounds appealing, this program is for you.

What's Unique About This Program?
Mentor programs are designed to integrate the mentee's knowledge of the ICF Core Competencies with their knowledge of self. An opportunity for deep reflection of one's behaviors and beliefs will accompany skill building exercises.
Mentees should expect for every class to entertain, provoke, and enlighten all while fulfilling criteria for applying for an ICF credential at the ACC or PCC level and meeting recertification criteria for the ACC level.
