Social & Emotional Well-being

Our internal lives inform our external lives.

Healthy social-emotional skills help us learn and grow into the best versions of ourselves. Our attitudes, behaviors, and values inform our thoughts, feelings, and actions, creating the building blocks of our lived experiences.

Coaching supports youth as they examine their thoughts and emotions while growing into who they truly are. It can help youth become more self-aware and take action through intentional behavioral shifts, more firmly aligning with their personal identities and goals.

This could look like...

  • Exploring deeply-held values
  • Building from strengths
  • Understanding the difference between time and energy management
  • Identifying and leveraging intrinsic and extrinsic motivation
  • Practicing empathy
  • Creating healthy habits and boundaries
  • Identifying negative self-talk and limiting beliefs
  • Becoming more self-confident and self-determined
  • Forging and maintaining healthy relationships

    *Please note*
Coaching is NOT a replacement for mental health care from Counselors and Psychologists. Often, these professionals work together to provide clients a complete continuum of care.
